In this 8-week series, you will explore the terrain of mindfulness and learn new ways of relating to your thoughts, emotions, and experiences that bring more peace and contentment into your life. Join us on Mondays from 4:30 to 5:20 pm. Each session will include a short talk, guided meditation, and experimental, group practice with the topic. Sana is a certified mindfulness teacher and undergrad advisor in the Psychological & Brain Sciences department.
